He is known for strengthening strategic partnerships, leading high-impact teams, and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth across national markets. Recognized for his loyalty, honesty, and relentless drive, Joseph excels in executive leadership, revenue strategy, and B2B development, consistently transforming operations and delivering measurable business results. He currently resides in Cape Coral, Florida with his wife.

Megan Graphman

Director of Administration

Megan is the director of administration who has worked for Route Management Services for four years. She has a strong background in administrative and accounts receivable work. She manages the day-to-day operations for Route Management Services. She is from Salisbury, Maryland where she lives with her fiancé and daughter.

Brian Kilgore

Managing Director

Brian Kilgore is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building, leading, and growing businesses across multiple industries. Known for his practical leadership style, broad business perspective, and commitment to long-term relationships, Brian has spent his career identifying opportunities, developing strong teams, and helping organizations move from vision to execution.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and his M.B.A. from Salisbury University. His educational foundation in finance and business, combined with decades of hands-on entrepreneurial experience, has shaped his thoughtful and results-oriented approach to business ownership, investment, and growth.

Outside of business, Brian is deeply committed to his family. He is married to Tammy Kilgore, and together they are proud parents of two grown sons, Troy Cash and Jordan Kilgore. Brian splits his time between homes in Maryland and Florida, where he enjoys staying connected to both communities while continuing to pursue new ideas, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to make an impact.
